We live in a rural area & like to go on walks, etc, but there are NO streetlights in our subdivision, so we use lights, reflective gear, etc to make sure we can be seen from afar, even in the dark. There have been multiple times we have been on a walk & the dark snuck up on us, as well as the rain, so I thought it was a good purchase to get some rain jackets that are durable, well made, & high visibility in various types of weather, darkness, etc. This rain jacket fits the tall order. It is well made. Has a handy pouch to store the coat in. It has great visibility. It fits as one would expect it too, true to size. I am pleased with the jacket & would like a few more of them. When I am working in close proximity to big machinery or traffic, my first concern is safety, so it is imperative that I be visible. In addition to being constructed of a lightweight polyester material that is very effective at repelling water, the neon yellow jacket and bibs are also used. Because the seams are heat-sealed and the design provides full coverage, I am able to remain fully dry even when it is pouring heavily outside. Because they reflect light, the stripes sparkle brilliantly when they are illuminated by headlights. No matter the time of day or night, motorists are able to clearly identify me because of the bright yellow material and luminous decorations. Having the knowledge that I am visible makes me feel much more secure when working beside traffic. The rain suit is a good choice because of its spacious design, which allows for layering below, and its fabric, which is breathable. This is fine for a lightweight raincoat. That's all I need here in So California. I haven't used it in the rain yet, so this is a preliminary review. I'll come back and update my review after the next rainy day. I would give it 5 stars, except the breast pocket is awful small, my iPhone would not fit in it. Should be about an inch bigger. As it is, I'll have to keep my iPhone in an inside pants pocket, which is going to be cumbersome to get to with this long coat. Read more

There are a lot of reflective straps all the way around it back front top. Also has a hat that comes attached to The coat. There is a way to send it closed so your face doesn't get wet.
