No happy with product durability and construction

I received this ring as a birthday gift the end of February, I wear it every day but take it off to shower, wash dishes and wash my hands, so its never submersed in water. The advertisement however states it can be. I’ve only had the ring less nan 4 months and when I went to charge the ring yesterday it would not slide onto the charger. I looked closer at the ring and the protective plastic coating on the inside is dislocating and changing shape! It’s now past time to return it and it didn’t have the extended warranty! Now what do I do as it’s coming apart and it was an expensive gift! So disappointed! Read more
