Dynamite comes in small packages... and this miniPC is a great value for the money. I hadn't ever been around miniPCs before and decided the sale on it was enough of a value that it was time to try it. In the best way possible, it was a desktop PC in full-fat, but lean and tiny. Most people only use their PCs for working in word processors, email, andweb browsing which this takes care of easily with hardly any heat or needed cooling. Pros: -Tiny, and proportional power consumption -Port selection is good -Performant for its slice of the market Cons: -Could use some USB-C ports -Knew this going in, but a dedicated GPU could have made this more useful This miniPC does what most people want and need with absolute ease, even cooler that it comes with windows11 Pro. The box is very tight and usable. I'd don't use the front usb ports but can definitely use more of those in the back or the sides. Alas, usb-c would have been better and easier to fit on this small form factor. Including for the display. The box is plenty powerful. Besides its form factor and power consumption (~10w at idle), there is nothing mini about it. It runs everything shot of image rendering games with ease. Cooling is quite efficient. There is no noise at all. At 20C ambient temperature, the cpu stays under 50C while playing YT videos full screen at 4k. The box itself gets warm to the touch but never hot. Possibly a result of efficient heat uptake and dissipation. It comes pre-imaged with windows 11 which is convenient. However, reinstalling standard windows (any version) is a lost cause. The setup does not recognize the hardware and you're stuck at the very beginning. I could not find the necessary drivers in order to continue. The way to re-install the operating system, esp if it gets corrupted, is to re-image the ssd with a custom image of windows 11 provided by the manufacturer. On the other hand, Ubuntu Linux 25.04 installed out of the box without any issues. Surprisingly, the standard distribution has all necessary drivers and the installation process is a breeze. I absolutely love this computer,, But If i plug my external speakers into the front audio out it gets static, i tried updating the drivers but still get static through the speakers. Luckily i have an audio out on my monitor and just plug in there. That is the only negative i have. I purchased this back in May and have not had any glitches or hiccups. It didn't have a lot of bloatware and was very simple to get up and running. The small form fits on my desk and allowed me to get rid of my giant tower. Blazing fast and reliable. The media could not be loaded. My mini PC really exceeded my expectations. It's super easy to install. I love the size, which allows me to save space. It also allows me to install it behind the monitor. I liked that it has 4 USB ports, 2 HDMI ports, and an HDMI cable. It also has its own input for direct internet connection. It has Efficient Memory, High-capacity RAM storage. • 16GB DDR4 ROM 1TB M.2 SSD, max up to 2TB It's quiet, doesn't get too hot, and is very fast, which I loved since that's exactly what I need for my business, The price is reasonable and it works perfectly. Very nice little package which installs Win11 Pro on first boot (need wired ethernet). I now have 2 of them providing Plex server for TVs and backup for other computers. Quiet and cool. It has 2 slots each for memory and m.2 SSD disk. I got the 16 gb + 1 TB configuration, then added a 2 TB SSD in the second slot. Now I have 3 TB total with 1 TB system disk and 2 TB data disk. One system had a single 16 gb memory card while the other had two 8 gb. I replaced an 8 gb card with 16 gb and now have 24 gb in each. It is a little tricky doing the upgrade. Remove feet, then with small phillips remove screws. You may have to slap a corner in your hand to get them out of the hole. Pull the back slightly from cover and use a card to run around the edge. Work to pull the insides from case. Do not jerk as there are a couple wire to the case. Add SSD and memory at top. The tricky part is the power button. Put cover on side with power down and place in case. Then slide computer in. Make sure it fits to edges and you can see all connectors, then re-screw. Read more
