These are nice, they don't seem to tighten as much as I would like though, so if you have small ankles may want to find a smaller pair. 3 pounds is way heavier then you think when lifting your legs up, but great for walking. Read more

The velcro on this item is so difficult to peel apart that my husband had to do it for me the first time. Suggest using only as much velcro as you need to tape them closed and leave an inch or two of the strap unsecured so you can pull them apart easily. Otherwise they are OK for intended purpose.
