I got this balaclava to use for running in freezing temperatures. I liked that it was dual layer, allowing for more breathability when running. I got size M, and the fit is good. It provides good coverage for my ears and even my chin, but I find it not ideal for covering my nose and mouth when my breathing gets heavier. The thinner layer works fine, but doesn’t provide enough cold protection, and the second layer restricts breathability. Another issue I had is that it does fog up my glasses, even with just the thin grey layer. So, in conclusion, it’s not ideal for runners, however, I’ll still be using it as I have yet to find something better. Read more
