Very sturdy and attractive book/tablet holder. Easy to set up for books of any size and simple to fold flat for storage. Simple adjustments for different angles. Even the packaging is well made; a strong but light box, thick plastic cover to protect the acrylic from scratches, and fitted styrofoam corner guards on the unit itself. This is the greatest book stand ever! It has many levels to raise the book to the right height, and folds flat when not in use. As it is clear, it almost disappears on a table. I use it to read at breakfast, and I find that the page holders help immensely with reading and keeping the pages clean. I will buy another stand, this time for my knitting and crocheting patterns! I love this acrylic reading stand!! I bought it for the purpose of propping up written notes to transcribe for meetings to aid in my union secretary position. I did not properly read the size of it and realized I prefer an 8x11 stand after purchase but I have no complaints on this product. It works for me for the 8x11 paper I’m using to prop up. I will have to buy another one for work because I have been bringing it from my home office to work almost daily! I have posted this review after a few weeks of use and realize I have made marks from sharpie pushing through so please do not fault the maker only the user if you zoom in on my pictures. I also have added a white sticker on the back so it comes without stickers and sleekly gorgeous acrylic look with white prongs and silver hardware on them. I personally have rarely used the prongs to hold in place but they work well for when I have!! I’m very happy with this stand and know it can bel helpful to many others! I always read when eating at the kitchen table and I really like this stand; it’s lightweight, not too large and can sit on top of my closed laptop. Being rigid plastic it was well packaged against shipment damage. I would have rated it 5 stars except for this: The two arms that swing up to hold down pages each use a single screw for both attachment and pivoting. These screws were much too tight such that you’re likely to bend the arms when trying to swing them up and against the pages. With a 5/64” (.078”) hex key (Allen wrench), I loosened each screw about 1/3rd turn and they work great. Read more

I use this for my planner to have a place to sit on my desk. Works beautifully. Very sturdy and plenty big enough. My planner is full size (8.5x11). The ledge is deep enough for the spiral binding to rest securely and the page holders (which are optional) nest perfectly when unused. Definitely feels worth the money and it will have plenty of alternative uses and stand the test of time. Read more
