I definitely help with dry mouth, but it is very spicy and hot. I am not a spicy person, and I did not like that part at all. I have been ordering this product for dry mouth. It works. My last order for multiple boxes arrived as usual. Naturally i don't open a box until the last one is empty. Surprise!! I have encountered a sealed box missing 6 pieces of gum - 2 sealed 'cards' of gum in each package yields 20 pieces (10 on each card). So i opened the third box and it is missing 5 pieces of gum. fourth box is missing one piece. That's 12 pieces of missing gum out of the total contents which is 60. Not a happy customer!! Read more
