These stick to skin quite well but also come off easily when you peel them off. 60 precut 2x10 inch strips were justifiably priced at time of the review. The pack is a variety pack with an assortment of colors. I would like to see future packs have smaller strips mixed in, but I can cut them in half as-is if I want. These work extremely well for their intended use case of helping with muscle pain. I use them on my shoulders mostly and they work well. They're very durable and the sticky side does not cause skin irritation. If you never used this kind of product before, it's worth trying if you exercise a lot or have chronic muscle pain. If your pain isn't from a pull or strain, you'll likely want something medicated, so seek advice from a doctor if you're unsure. Read more

Pros: quantity, color, pre-cut, quality, adhesion, value Cons: you must be trained to use these properly, may not adhere as well to thick neck hair I received these kinesiology strips about 5 weeks ago as a "Vine" product. Whereby, we receive an item for the price of tax income, but otherwise free. Last week I had my first opportunity to use these-- sadly, due to the cold weather and humidity, my spinal stenosis acted up. It causes pain during neck tilt or rotation. I used KT for relief from such injuries and ailments over the past 8 years or so. The only problem is that it requires someone else to put them on. And one doesnt want to guess where they go, one needs to understand how to apply them properly. In my case they went to the center of the neck and across the trapezius. The tape was pre-cut as a bonus, which is so much easier than estimating how much to cut, then cutting through two layers with scissors, only to wrinkle one end, and then start over. So, I was a fan before they were even applied. My wife did stick them over neck hair, but they held for 24 hours anyway. After a sweaty cardio workout, I noticed the tape across my trapezius was holding strong. I assume it would have held for days. However, the vertical strips on my neck hairs started curling a little. So, I removed them after one day. There is no reason for anyone to give these less than 5 stars. Whether they work or not, is up to the applicator. Read more
This is a pack of pre-cup, off-brand KT tape. The tape itself is fine. It's useful and does the job. It's nice to be able to start with pre-cut strips. These are reasonably priced. I have another brand pack of only 10 strips that are priced 9x more than these are. Most of the time, I simply buy rolls of KT tape and cut the strips myself rather than pay extra for precut. These aren't much, if any, extra as long as the length is right. Read more
This obviously gets compared to the name brand, and as far as I can tell, there's not much difference. This tape adheres well, yet comes off painlessly. The stretchiness is about the same as the name brand -- the strip can expand about 75% from 9 3/4" to around 17 1/4" at full stretch. There's no difference in performance across the six colors, so those seem to be purely aesthetic. The pre-cut tape is convenient. Personally, I don't find kinesiology tape provides as much support as what's known as "elastic tape" or "self adhesive flexible stretch bandages" but those come in rolls that can be awkward to use and are challenging to cut without special "nurse scissors". I haven't tried any of the special kinesiology taping strategies where you split a single tape multiple branches, but this can be easily be done with these Adamson strips using regular scissors, and there's a grid printed on the back of each strip to help keep the cuts straight and even. If kinesiology tape is what you need, I think this is a great option. Read more
PROs: * Plenty of strips (60) * Sticks well (even through a shower) and removes fairly easily * Stretches to almost twice original length (I think that is important in its usage) * Can be cut (to make shorter or more narrow) CONs: * Not really sufficient instructions on how to use properly * Size as stated, but proportions (length to width) different than usage examples in photos * A little difficult to cut to size (need sharper scissors) I did a quick test of this by cutting off a small piece and taping it on my leg and removing it 20 minutes later. Then I put a portion of a strip on my thigh and left it overnight (and through a shower). The tape does work well; it sticks and it can be removed relatively easily (like pulling off a bandage that sticks well). Although next time I may use baby oil or olive oil (as it suggests) when removing it from an area that might be sensitive to pulling it off. I was probably being overly optimistic in expecting them to provide some more detailed instruction in how and why it is best used. There are some photos or diagrams, but they aren't really helpful. So I will need to look online for more details. But it is basically as stated in size (2 x 10 inch) and format. The 5 photos I am including are described as follows: 1 – Front of package 2 – Back of package 3 – Front of instruction page and 3 of the colors 4 – Back of instruction page and 3 different colors 5 – Measuring un-stretched vs. stretched strips (2.8 to 5.1 inches) Again, I need to do some research to find out how this will work best in helping me support my muscles while working or exercising. Until then, I plan to use it as a "friction bandage" (to prevent blisters or irritation caused by friction while working with a rake or walking). Read more
This tape is not the greatest. It is thinner qualiy than original k-tape, and does not last past a couple days before it rolls off (no matter how much you rub the ends wth the back of the paper from the tape to warm the adhesive). True k-tape can last 10 days without rolling or becoming unstuck. I will go back to my other brand, even though it costs more. I guess you do get what you pay for. I bought 2 packs and debating on returning the unopened one. Read more
