I just needed something easy to slip on and protect my clothes when cooking, and this smock is perfect. It is well-made and everything was sewn well. I may have gotten lucky as I've seen other reviewers with stitching problems. I like to have my arms free which is why I don't wear a chef's jacket, and this is easy to slip over my head and tie the sides. I am slim, 5'3" 107 lbs and the Regular size fits me perfectly if I pull the strings tight, so there's plenty of room to adjust the strings for anyone bigger. The pockets are roomy and great to slip my phone in. This is not a heavy canvas, just a medium weight fabric enough to give you some protection against splashes. Read more
I work for as a volunteer for a non-profit organization. Instead of a t-shirt with our logo on it, I opted for one of these. It works perfectly and now the organization has ordered a bunch of them to be printed for others. Hopefully I will get one of those also for a spare, since I bought the first one. They are made very well. The only fault I can find is the ties on the side don't stay tied very well. They are made of the same material and they just don't stay tied. I finally started double tying them, and that seems to work OK. Read more
I dislike regular aprons, but I really dislike getting my shirts all spattered when I'm cooking. I like the style of this cobbler apron. I just throw it over my head, fasten the side ties, and I'm good to go. It covers a larger area of my shirt when I'm cooking. The front pockets are very handy also. The fabric is similar to scrub fabric, so it's easy to wash and doesn't look wrinkled after drying. This apron has many possible uses; crafting, gardening, child care, to name a few. This is a good product and I would buy it again. Read more
Love the color. I really wanted a shop apron, but I needed something that did not tie in the back. I don't know why someone isn't designing more options with either snap, velcro or tie in front for people who find it difficult to tie in the back, or side like me, with my bad shoulder. Seems like an easy design to me. Maybe I will come up with something. Anyway, I will cut off the front side ties on this and sew them to the back side ties to be longer so I can tie in front. Wish it were longer to cover my legs. I will use this until I make my own. Read more
I have had 2 of these aprons for 20 years, now. As I've gotten older, I keep getting my clothes stained whether I'm cooking or even eating. Thankfully, the name brand was still visible so I ordered 7 in different colors. I washed them immediately and no bleeding occurred on any of the colors, dark or light. The quality is outstanding and I would strongly recommend this brand. Read more
Cute lavender color. I bought the XL size, and it fit appropriately l, but it was also alot of coverage. Would be great if you need things in reach as it has 2 nice size pockets in the front. Good quality material. Read more
I really like the material. The fabric is strong and looks like it will wash well. The pockets are perfect--large and well constructed to hold many things. But it turns out that the apron was not loose enough for me in the shoulder and upper chest area and it was about 3-4 inches to short for me. I am a 5'7" and wear a 1X. Also, I didn't realize the blue would be THAT bright. I work in a preschool and this is a good candidate for others who work with little ones. I'm just unable to wear it for the reasons stated above. Stylish, well made, gorgeous deep purple apron. My old popper-fronted sleeveless 'housecoat' had disappeared so I looked for some sort of coverage on Amazon. I was not disappointed. This apron covers me adequately when I'm eating or cooking (if there's tomato or sauce or wine or fat, they'll be on my clothes in half a jiffy unless I have some sort of coverage!!). This is a perfect apron - easy to put on, I don't even tie the two sides usually, but if I do, then it looks even better on me. Great purchase. Read more
