Worked fine for 15 months
First, ergonomics: Hoping to finally find a lefty mouse that doesn't cause hand strain/cramping (I have long hands), initial impressions were good. However, the shape of the mouse requires the thumb to gently "pinch" the device, in opposition to the fingers, without putting enough "meat" in the created space to prevent cramping. Would likely work fine for smaller hands. Second, the scrolling came down with a terminal case of the jitters after fifteen months. No firmware update or other fix available, so into the junk pile it must go. Read more
Needs redesign.
Mouse worked great when first purchased but then the wheel got dirty inside the mouse and it started skipping forward and back when scrolling. This mouse was less than 2 months old when it started. No way to clean it, or apparently prevent it. Major design flaw as far as I'm concerned. Previous mice have lasted years. Already purchased a replacement. Read more
Relieves carpal tunnel syndrome
Truly helps with wrist from using a mouse. Love being able to program keys. And being left-handed of course. So good I bought a second one for home use. First one in my work laptop bag. Read more
Really nice mouse. Is smooth and responsive. 6 months later, not so great.
Really nice mouse. Is smooth and responsive, and once I got used to it, it feels really nice in my hand. The one thing I don't like is that the buttons have a really loud click. I feel like I'm training a dog. Also, the scroll wheel has started squeaking. Bummer. addendum: Now six months later, the scroll wheel is wonky. Sometimes the screen scrolls up when I scroll down, sometimes it doesn't move. It gears don't mesh all the time. Really irritating. Read more
Must remove and reinsert batteries for computer to recognize the mouse every time
The design and function of the mouse are great. But unlike all my other wireless peripherals, this mouse will not be recognized by my computer when it wakes or is turned on -- unless I turn the mouse off, remove the batteries, reinsert the batteries, and turn it back on. Rather annoying. Read more
