It’s as if the heads at Adidas heard my cries for a normal, somewhat baggy sweat pant! First, the good parts: 1) as a 6’, 165lb male, the medium size fit me absolutely perfectly with enough room for comfort in the waist and the ability to tighten the drawstring if needed. 2) I have missed the abundance of clean looking, loose fit sweat pants from the major brands over the past few years as everyone has gone towards tapered fits. I want my sweatpants to comfortably fit over a pair of shorts or cover my ankles on a cold weather run. These fall perfectly to the rubber of my gym shoes without threatening to drag on the ground. 3) Zippered pockets! I can’t describe how many times a wallet or phone slides out of my sweat pants when I’m driving or sitting down to play with my kids. A simple zipper on each pocket resolves that completely. Now, what I think is the bad part: 1) I can only give it 4/5 though because I think it is just insane that a basic pair of sweat pants runs upwards of $65. There is nothing sophisticated or advanced going on with these pants beyond the normal polyester/cotton blend we all have come to expect from our athletic wear. You could very easily go get an off-label pant for much less and get the job done. Otherwise, nice work Adidas! I can happily pair this for a walk around town or when I’m hard into a workout. These pants are extremely comfortable. They are made with a polyester and cotton blend. I usually take a medium and when I put them on they felt perfect. The care instructions could not be simpler. Wash and dry. I put them on low heat and they came out perfect. No back pocket. Two front pockets have a zipper to keep everything safe.
