This is similar to military belts, but it doesn't use the "post" that you adjust on them. Instead, it has little teeth that bite down. This is a better design in my opinion, because there isn't the chance of the post snapping and rendering the buckle useless. I had to trim to fit my 30 waist. I like how it can be reversed to show a light-grey or the black. The pricing was good for this and I felt like I got a good deal.
