These adidas pants have become my go to for gym sessions and casual downtime. I ordered them recently and have worn them for several workouts already. The loose fit gives plenty of room to move during lifts or cardio without feeling restrictive, and the fabric feels exceptionally soft right out of the package, almost like a blend of modal and cotton that drapes nicely instead of clinging. What stands out is how lightweight they stay even when I’m putting in effort on the machines. They breathe well and don’t trap heat, which keeps things comfortable through longer sessions. The elastic waist with drawcord stays secure without digging in, and the side pockets are handy for holding my phone or keys while heading to the gym floor. No bunching or riding up during squats or stretches, just consistent ease of movement. The material also resists picking up lint or pet hair easily, so they look clean after use. Speaking of looking clean, these came out of the wash unfaded and still dark black after a few trips through the laundry. Fortunately, these are built well and should last just fine. These adidas Soft Lux pants are definitely well made and feel comfortable, but the fit is way looser than described. “Loose” is an understatement — they fit more like parachute-style sweatpants, which wasn’t the look we were expecting at all. The material and quality are nice, but the overall style just isn’t flattering. My son decided to keep them strictly for lounging around the house. These are honestly some of the softest and most comfortable sweatpants I've ever owned, and as a coach I wear sweatpants almost daily. Are based on sizing and the style is much baggier at the ankle cuff than I was expecting. When I say sizing I mean the length seems a bit longer than I was expecting based on the waste sizing being so accurate. If you like the balloon style flare at the ankles, these are perfect for you! My husband loves these pants. They are so soft and comfortable. The size is correct, and the length and waist are true to size as well. The color in the photos does not look as black as they look in person due to the lighting. But they are a true black. These are somewhat of a looser fit, but nothing too crazy. These pants are very comortable. They're loose in all the right places, the material is soft and a great quality. The stitching is strong, and it comes with a drawstring to cinch it for better fit. My only issue with them has nothing to do with how they're made, but I do want to warn these are not for shorter people. You not only will swim in them, but there's going to be a substantial amount of fabric that will require you trying to walk, you're going to find you have to pull the legs up with your hands to be able to comfortably walk without risking tripping over the pant legs. I am 5'2 1/2" tall, and I swim in these. I got them for sleepwear and love having room to move around in my clothes, but these are surprisingly much roomier than I anticipated. These are made for much taller people than I am. Absolutely well worth it, in terms of wanting good, quality pants. They're a bit on the spendier side, which is off-putting (I get it, they're in the Adidas brand, but they're sweats), but as far as comfort goes, they're great for gifting or keeping for yourself. These pants are incredibly soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing at home. The material feels premium and they are well made overall. That said, they definitely run large and have a very loose and baggy fit. On me, they almost looked like clown pants. If you are going for that oversized look, they will work, but I would recommend sizing down if you want a more fitted or relaxed look rather than an extra loose one. Read more
