I own lots of slings and I can confirm this is also a sling. I also own lots of Adidas slings, and this is one more. It's very simple in what it offers, and for the price, that's fine. Be aware that it's quite small (as many reviews already note). If you're just looking to carry a few items, I think it should be good for you. Cell, small earbud case, small wallet, and a small set of keys, and you should be fine. But if you want to carry more, look for a different product. If you want to stick with an Adidas sling for more space, I like the Adidas Amplifier 2 Festival Crossbody Bag a lot. It's my go-to with plenty of space for larger and more items. Unfortunately, I bought this right before the cold season hit so I have pockets but prior to the cold, it was perfect for fall weather. I usually wear athletic clothes when I walk my dog but that comes at a price sometimes — no pockets. This bag is perfect for attaching extra bags for pickups (using a clip), holding my pixel phone (6.4 inches) and house keys that hold pepper spray. The front zipper is a small pocket that I use to hold treats. It's perfect to run around in as I'm playing with my dog at the park. It's not ideal for a lot of items but I have my use for it.
