Light and durable hiking pants

JenniJanuary 26, 2026

Adidas makes terrific hiking clothes under their Terrex line. These pants are no exception. These pants are light weight and are perfect for warm weather and seasonal transition weather. The pants have both a water repellant coating and are upf 50 sun protection. I appreciate the added features to these pants. Things like a rear pocket, zippered front pockets, a nice wide waist band and sinchable at the ankle to keep debris out or keep the pants higher in case you need to cross a stream. The fabric is soft and has fourway stretch. It is relaxed fit it the hips and thighs to allow for greatly mobility. The only thing I would recommend against is if you are hiking in deep brush or are crawling on a lot of rocks. I would be nervous about tearing the fabric. Get some heavy duty pants for more extreme activities. I am thrilled with the Terrex Lite flex pants and find myself wearing the often. I will be buying another pair and recommend when you make your purchase, but more than one pair. Read more

Versatile Style That Works Outdoors And In

Amazon ReviewerFebruary 20, 2026

These pants transition really smoothly from trail to town. I’ve worn them hiking local trails, running errands, and grabbing coffee with friends, and they look polished in every setting. The fabric is soft, doesn’t wrinkle badly, and maintains a clean shape. The pull‑on design makes them quick to get ready in, and the pockets add everyday practicality. The stretch lets me bend, lift, and walk without restriction. They’ve held their color and shape after regular use and machine washing. The sustainable build fits what I look for in daily outdoor wear. Good for anyone wanting one pair that handles activity and casual life. Read more

Comfortable, Flexible, and Perfect for Outdoor Adventures

ErinFebruary 1, 2026

I recently picked up the adidas Women’s Terrex Multi Liteflex Hiking Pants in size Small, and they’ve quickly become my go-to for hikes, travel days, and even casual wear. The fit is great — snug around the waist but relaxed enough through the legs so I can move freely on steep trails, over rocks, or when scrambling. The Liteflex fabric feels lightweight yet durable, and it stretches just enough that I never feel restricted, even on long days outdoors. These pants breathe really well, which makes a noticeable difference when the temperature rises or I’m working hard on uphill sections. Moisture-wicking properties help keep me dry, and even after several sweaty miles they don’t cling uncomfortably. The black color stays clean looking, and dirt brushes off easily after hikes. My Sis Loved em!

BlitztourDecember 22, 2025

I always wondered about sizing and cut between men and women’s clothing and I ordered these as an experiment to see if a woman’s large was the same as a men’s large. But there is a distinct difference in the waist, hips and inseam and the Adidas Terrex hiking pants were a bit too small for me. So off they went to my sister in TX to test them for me. She's loved them! Said they were the perfect between season workout pants cause she's current hosting her "Holiday Body" which will be back into a woman’s med by spring. She say’s “they’re very lightweight and super comfortable but thinks they need few more pockets for stuff she takes when out doing her 10,000 steps ( 5 mile) daily loop. If you get these for a favorite female in your life, be sure they live in a warm climate as she said “These are definitely not winter wear”. I asked her how many stars she would give them and she said “as far as fit and comfort go, give them five stars”…and so I did! Read more

Lightweight and functional, but snug through the hips

CinJanuary 3, 2026

These hiking pants are well made and very wearable, but the fit wasn’t quite what I expected from Adidas. They’re a bit baggy in the belly area. For reference I’m 5'4", 140 lbs, 31-inch inseam, wearing a Medium. Length is great for me, no hemming needed, and there’s plenty of room through the legs, which makes them comfortable for hiking and general movement. The fabric is very lightweight, which is nice for warmer hikes or travel, and it moves easily without feeling restrictive. That said, the lightness comes with a tradeoff. The pockets are a good size, but the fabric is thin enough that I don’t feel great putting a phone in there. It holds it, but I’m very aware it’s there. Overall, these are comfortable, breathable hiking pants with a flattering, functional cut if they fit your hips well. Just don’t expect a relaxed, lounge-style Adidas fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer more room through the hips, sizing up might be worth considering. Read more

GREAT ITEM FOR ME!

A. R.January 3, 2026

These pants deliver exactly what you expect from Adidas: performance, comfort, and durability. The fabric is lightweight yet tough, offering excellent flexibility for hiking, walking, or outdoor activity. They move with your body without feeling restrictive, which makes a big difference on longer hikes. The fit is true to size and very flattering. The waistband is comfortable without digging in, and the pants maintain their shape throughout the day. They’re breathable enough for warmer weather but still provide enough coverage and structure to feel substantial. Another highlight is how well they transition from trail to everyday wear. You don’t look like you’re wearing technical gear when you stop for errands or lunch. These are a solid investment if you want reliable outdoor pants that don’t sacrifice comfort or style. Read more

Great Lightweight Hiking Pants, but Too Short for Tall Inseams

CJDecember 30, 2025

These hiking pants are very well made and comfortable. The waistband is elastic and feels great, making them easy to wear for long hikes. The fabric is lightweight and stretchy, which is ideal for movement and staying comfortable on the trail. They also have a nice slim fit that looks flattering without feeling restrictive. Unfortunately, with my 36" inseam, these were too short since they don’t come in a tall length. If they were available in a longer inseam, they would be perfect. Great pants overall—just not quite long enough for taller folks. Read more
