I always have to buy ergonomic pillows because regular (soft) pillows don't provide enough support for my neck and I wake up with a sore neck that would bother me for days. Oddly enough, I had a pretty awful occipital headache the first 2 nights of using this, but I get them all the time so I'm not accrediting that to the pillow at all. I also realized I was using it upside down 1 of those nights. It's very soft & flexible. Comfort levels are amazing. Its not too soft but not too firm at the same time. Sleeping with this is delightful & its just as comfy when I use it to sit against while being a lazy bones in bed all day. There was no strange smell upon unpacking this pillow as the seller warned of. My only complaint is that since the shape is not a traditional one I would've preferred it to have come in a different color than white. I'd be much happier with a darker color option but that's purely aesthetic and has nothing to do with the functionality of the item. I need more time to determine how well it works especially since ive had some bad cases of stiff neck, weird aches, etc this past week. Maybe its from the pillow but I highly doubt it. I really tried to give this a good shot. I just couldn't manage to get great sleep with it however. Perhaps it's just because of how I sleep and position my arms. I tend to be most comfortable when my arm is under my pillow. That doesn't really work with this. The underside is flat and feels akward to put a hand/arm there. It's unfortunate because it really does feel nice on the neck. It does tend to cradle it towards the center and has great support. The foam is super squishy and soft. I want to love it, but it's probably just not for me. This design could be improved if they made another whacky shape for the under-arm. Read more
I'm giving this pillow a full 5 stars, even though it doesn't work for me. I am a side sleeper, but my arms don't naturally position where the pillow wants them to, and I find myself trying to find a sweet spot that never comes to fruition. The pillow itself is soft, and is covered with a cooling material. My daughter has been using it (she is a back sleeper), and she says her neck/shoulder pain has completely gone away. For this reason, I will definitely recommend it - at least for back-sleepers. Read more
This adjustable cervical neck pillow comes in vacuum sealed bag. Let it sit for abut 24 hours to bounce back to its original shape. It does provide a decent support with its memory foam construction. It has a nice contour design for the head. However, it does take a few nights to adjust to the shape and its firmness. While it does offer some neck support for back sleeping, but the height isn't suitable for everyone. Overall, it works as it said, but the comfort various from person to person. Read more
