I have bought 3 sets of so-called easy adjustable dumbbells in the past. I use it for only a short while, just to give away or leave with one set weight, never utilizing the various weight options. Why? Because the others I have bought in the past were all inconvenient to adjust. So, I would go back to multiple free weights. So I was not really expecting a Game-Changer, I ordered these.... lesson learned. I should never give up! These are what you should get when you order Adjustable Dumbbells.....truly "Adjustable" Dumbbells!! The weights are so easy to adjust. Push a button and slide off. To add weight on, just slide on, you'll hear a click, then you're Good-to-Go! These dumbbells definitely give you the flexibility to "Easily Change" your weights as you work out. Which also gives you the ability to adjust your daily workouts or workout regimen without the hassle of more weights, various dumbbells, or changing plated free weights. These are so convenient that you could travel with them. They arrive in a box that has them positioned where you can work out, and you set them in their cubby spots as you go. I do not believe the box was intended for that, but that's how useful it will be for me while I travel. Soft Pink color is subtle in appearance. You could leave these sitting on your desk, next to your desk, or sofa without them looking out of place. Also, they are rounded but not round, so they do not roll. Comfortable to grip, the right size to hold and work out with. For all the features and compared to others on the market, THESE are probably the Best Value for your money when it comes to a Solid and Functional Adjustable set of Dumbbells. Read more

My entire family loves this. My sons aren’t as crazy about it being pink, but I am! In any case they love how easy these are too adjust. You can press the button and slide off a weight section, or you can slide out of weight sections on. You can have two matching weight, or you can make one that’s particularly heavy! You have the ability to keep adding weights onto the barbells. The grip is a good size and feels very natural to squeeze the hand around. These initially look like a toy, but they’re very high-quality, and I’m very excited to add them into our physical exercise routine routines. When you have a lot of children, and a lot of boys, it helps to have plenty of physical activity to do, especially during cold and snowy days! I love how easy these are to use. I love that you don’t have to have a variety of different weights because this can easily be adjusted and doesn’t require that you choose red bars or green bars or black barbells etc. etc. As an added bonus, they look really pretty against Pink outfits! ☀️😆🎶 PS. Unfortunately, I misplaced the pictures and video of my son’s testing the cell, but I do have the one with my daughter wearing it said again to pretty pink outfit, but I assure you that my sons love these just as much if not more than my daughter. I've been loving these so far as I get back into working out. My doctor said I needed to work on muscle mass. I have some heavier adjustable weights, but these fit PERFECTLY into the lower amounts of weight I want for higher reps. I think the lowest my other dumbbells go is 7.5 lbs. Another reason I got these is because I have a barbell converter bar recently. I wanted a range that I could use with it for the longer sets at lower weight up to higher weights. I'm not trying to enter any weightlifting competitions or anything. I just want to get more muscle mass and not injure myself by going too hard too fast. I haven't had any issues with adjusting the weights so far. It's been pretty intuitive, and nothing's really stuck out as an issue. I just wish that it came with a holder like my more expensive set did. I'm not the best at keeping track of things and really love when things come with holders to keep their parts contained, but at this price and level of quality, I'm not really going to have a fit over it. I'm quite satisfied with these and would recommend them to anyone getting back into fitness who needs a cost-effective, space-saving way to get a mini gym started. Read more

These are adjustable dumbbells that go from 2.2 to 5 pounds per dumbbell. I want to be clear about that up front because the listing title says "2.2-10LB" which makes it sound like each one hits 10. It's 10 for the pair combined. If you're looking to build serious muscle, these aren't it. But that's not what they're for. What they ARE good for is someone getting into a fitness routine or adding light resistance to cardio. I use them on the treadmill while walking and the weight swaps are quick. There are buttons on each plate that click and snap on or off, no threading, no fumbling. My husband has also used them at full weight while running on the same treadmill and nothing has rattled loose or shifted. The plastic construction feels about standard for this type of equipment. It's not premium and it's not pretending to be. If you've handled any adjustable set in this range you know what to expect. The grip surprised me though. It holds well even during longer sessions, though I personally still prefer workout gloves. Where these really win is against fixed neoprene dumbbell sets. With neoprene you're locked into one weight per dumbbell. You want three different weights, you're buying three separate pairs and finding somewhere to store all of them. This one set covers the whole range for both hands. Skip these if you're past beginner weights or doing any kind of progressive overload. Also skip if you want something that feels solid and heavy in the hand because these are light by design. But for home cardio, light toning, or getting started without cluttering a room with six individual dumbbells, they do the job and the adjustment system actually works. I like them, it saves me a ton of space I don't have. Read more
