I ordered the 88lbs set and it arrived with several parts missing. I did not receive any locking nuts for the barbell, I'm missing a kettlebell handle as well as the kettlebell weight holder. Without the locking nuts this entire set is unusable. From what I did receive, none of it warrants the high price. The handles feel cheap, the barbell is uncomfortable and sized for a child, and the weights feel somehow cheaper than the handles. When the barbell is loaded and your try to perform a squat, these is no place for your hands to grip the bar comfortably. The sizing of this kit is more inline with that of a child and not an adult. The handles are easy to assemble and the kit can allow for an effective workout experience, but it should not be priced as high as it is. This can be ordered in many varieties, I ordered the 88lb set. I like the variety of exercises you can do with this weight set. It is great for beginners or anyone just trying to stay in shape with limited space. You can combine the two dumbbells with a screw on connector to make a short barbell which comes in handy for bent over rows, cleans, overhead presses, curls, squats, and deadlifts. The kettlebell handle is a nice bonus since you can do lightweight kettlebell swings with it. The best part of the kit is that you get a pair of dumbbell handles. The dumbbell handles can be used for curls, reverse curls, triceps extensions, bent over rows, hammer curls, bench press, pullovers, dumbbell flys, military press and shoulder raises. Assembly is easy just time consuming (especially if combining the two dumbbells with the connector to make a short barbell). Because the barbell is so short it is not rackable. I wish the kettlebell handle was longer because it cannot hold very much weight at all (only up to 22lbs). The barbell can hold up to 88lbs and the dumbbells which are the most useful part of these can handle up to 44lbs each. I like that the weights come in three different weight increments I only wish they were not so tall since they are fatter than traditional weight plates and come in non traditional weight increments. The barbell is nicely padded and the dumbbells and kettlebell have a comfortable grip as well. I like that the weights are plastic coated which means they cannot rust. Read more

This is an adjustable exercise weight set. It has two bars for kettlebells, two bars for dumbbells, and one longer bar for chest area. Then there are eight plastic connectors. There are twelve combinations of 22/33/44/88 pounds of weights. There are also very basic instructions on both how to assemble it and a few exercises. Assembly it was simple. If you have ever put weights on a bar you can do it. The equipment is made of polyethylene. Each handle are textured, so there are no slipping of hands. Mine came in a heavy box and I had to do is assemble it to my liking. Construction of these weights are excellent. The insides are made with concrete and iron. You can actually feel the difference over those weights which have sand in them. I'm rating this weight set an 5. This weight set is made for both men and women. It has enough weights for many combinations of exercises. This set has the ability for the long bar, dumbbells and kettle bells to use. This weight set is made to last a long time with many uses. Regarding quality, although it's plastic, after careful observation and comparison, this plastic material appears more robust and durable than other products. The craftsmanship is also more meticulous, suggesting it should last a long time. 3. Regarding the product structure, it comes with two nuts. This proves highly beneficial—initially, I attempted using just one nut. After several sets of exercise, I noticed it loosened. Using both nuts provides excellent stability.
