I love the smaller weight in increments
These are so easy to use. I really like the fact that you can adjust them in smaller increments than 5 pounds since I am a woman. I keep them right in front of my television and I’m ready to lift them anytime. I have a few extra minutes. They really make it easy without taking up hardly any room. Read more

Just arrived 25lb set dumbbells gives me what I need
I was in need of a quick adjustable set of dumbbells because my left shoulder rotator cuff after years of injury was suddenly a total mess and I was going to have to self-rehab while traveling for work. I was driving. This was my first adjustable equipment purchase that I have made.
