I love the smaller weight in increments
These are so easy to use. I really like the fact that you can adjust them in smaller increments than 5 pounds since I am a woman. I was in need of a quick adjustable set of dumbbells because my left shoulder rotator cuff after years of injury was suddenly a total mess and I was going to have to self-rehab while traveling for work.
