The anti-slip handle and safety lock ensure secure lifting
The media could not be loaded. They are very convenient if you are looking to do a quick workout. I do not enjoy gyms so being able to stay at home and use these weights to get me a little stronger is perfect for me. I haven't had any problems with the plates or the adjustments when I choose my weight. Keep in mind, they are a little thicker when it comes to handling than regular dumbbells, but honestly that beats going all the way to the gym to work out around a lot of people you don't like. Plus, I'm not a meathead, I do not workout 4 hours every day, I just do the bare minimum to lose a little bit of fat. A little suggestion, buy a bench and something sturdy to place these weights on when you aren't using them so you won't be bending down all the way to the floor when you pick them up every time.52.5lb SmartBell Dumbbell Set is a fantastic addition to my home gym! Received these as a gift and the weight increments aren't what I wanted. It is tough because you really can't return them. So now we are left with weights that won't be used. They seem like a good product, but buy knowing they can't be returned. Read more
