Love these dumbbells. It's like having 5 sets of dumbbells in the space of one set. They are adjustable from 2.5 to 12.5 lbs. Perfect for my therapy exercises and my daughter's workout. Selecting the proper weight is simple. You rest them on the base and twist the grip. There is an arrow that points to the chosen weight. When you lift them, the corresponding weights are lifted. They are also so colorful that they make me want to use them. A plus for me. I leave them where I can easily see them and will pick them up and do some lifting several times a day. It is really helping me with my arm pain. They are solid, well constructed, have a good grip and a good value for your money. Read more
