I read a lot of reviews before buying, the price point was amazing for this item. It is sturdy but a larger person would probably want something wider. I’m 5’5 so I have no complaints, it’s sturdy and very light making it easy to move around and adjust. We have it set up in our home gym and like the fact that it has a decline function which a lot of the more expensive ones didn’t. It is easy to use and so far it had made our workouts better and more productive. Read more

Pretty good bench for home workouts. Not as sturdy as it claims to be, but it gets the job done. I don’t recommend this bench for people on the larger side or with wide backs (like me). The bench is good for basic weight lifting and workouts. Easy to install and set up. Folds so you can make room for things. Decent size but for the money, it’s okay. Read more

Arrived in great condition and has been a wonderful addition to our home gym. Wish it was a little taller. It’s sturdy and has withstood workouts which include standing on the cushion without any issues. The pins that hold it in place are a little difficult to get in but it’s worth it to be able to fold it for storage. Read more
This bench was okay for the money, but it is not stable. It can fit in small spaces, and I like that it’s foldable (though I never fold it). It’s not very comfortable. The back portion of the bench is short. The seat is small and moves while I’m lifting. The base is too narrow which makes it unstable. The back base is the same width as the bench. It’s okay for now, but will be looking for a more stable bench. Read more

Product has a design flaw. After three months the seat came off. The spot welding for the seat broke while my son was exercising and the lower screw supporting the seat pulled out of the wood when my son, who weighs 180 lbs. fell off the bench. Terrible product! Read more
