Works as advertised, but it’s quite a mouthful

Pluses: Works as advertised. Adjustable to multiple training levels. Being made of silicone, it leaves no nasty taste in your mouth. Things it could use: an instruction sheet (the only one you’ll get is on the listing page); and some sort of gauge to tell you how open or restricted the airflow is. OTOH, at $3.59 you get what you get, and that’s fine. You could easily add your own markings to indicate target or achieved airflow levels. If you have an unusually strong gag reflex this gadget may take some getting used to. No, it doesn’t hit your throat, but it does feel like a mouthful when you’re not used to it. Read more
