To be fair it works as it should. What I don't like it hard to get on especially when you are already having to dealing with a sore shoulder. The cuffs that go over upper arm are so tight it tends to irritate the underarms. Read more

If I had gotten this compression shoulder pads in one size larger then I definitely would have a better experience. It does provide enough pressure in the intended areas, and because of the neoprene material the comfort level is there. Keep in mind that taking this compression pads off can be a challenge, and I suggest pulling it over your head to better extract this off you. Read more
Concept seems sound but poor fit. The arms are far too small and restrictive if you have anything other than straight flat biceps. Strong rubber smell. The arms literally cut off circulation after about 10 min. Not for anyone with above average physique. Read more
