I have a home office/gym. Having items that fold up are a must. This folds up so small and folds out easily. I’m not lifting crazy amounts in my home gym so it’s perfect for me. It’s sturdy enough for step ups and Bulgarian split squats. I do have really good balance so that may be a part of it. It was also easy to put together and easy to adjust.
