I have found this adds more intensity to my walks and workouts which is greatly appreciated. Changing the weights is relatively simple and you can feel how tough the material is. Only drawback is the vest really isn’t geared for someone with a wider frame as the straps don’t go around fully like intended. Read more

This vest was really great. Does a great job of being comfortable. Nice Velcro strength. it holds it pretty well. Lifting it with no problem. I can definitely travel with it. If you have a big frame, this is a great one for you overall. It feels very sturdy on you. Good fit. Effectiveness is great during a workout. I like to use it for walking. Definitely can get a little jog with it still because of the distribution of weight is really nicely done. Overall very effective. I have two other weighted vests and wanted one more for working out. Each one is a different weight. I have a 6 pound, 10 pound and now 20 pound weighted vest. I was surprised right away as to just how heavy this vest feels not only when opening up the package when it arrived but even just trying it on. I was certain that I got a heavier vest than what I ordered since this company has multiple weighted vests to choose from. I weighed myself with and without this vest and this really is the 20 pound vest that I ordered and not the 30 pound vest I thought it was. I guess I am weaker than I thought despite my varied workouts over decades and that I workout 7 days a week. So for me this will be challenging and I like challenges. I will be using this vest now for squats and farmers carries at least until the end of the year. Luckily for me I can remove some of the weights and make it a 15 pound vest and then when I get stronger convert it back into a 20 pound vest. It is nice knowing that this vest is adjustable in weight. In the new year I will order the 30 pound vest. For those that are much stronger than I am they also offer a 45 pound and a 60 pound weighted vest. I like that the velcro is super strong and adjustable in length to accommodate different body types. Most importantly I like that this vest is very well balanced even before attaching the velcro making it super safe. If you are just starting out and do not have weights do body weight squats and go for walks wearing this. Speaking of walking it has reflective strips so if you are out for a nightly walk you can be seen by cars passing by. This is a great workout value since you can use this also with weights to further challenge you. I highly recommend this weighted vest. Read more
