Even though this vest is advertised for running, I mostly wear it around the house while doing chores and man the added weight is a good workout, nice to throw on for mindless items on my to do list. I'd say it's semi comfortable It sits in a good place, but because it’s a little loose I do have to readjust it when bending or moving a lot. If you’re using it strictly for running, you may not notice that issue. The front pocket is a great feature — perfect for holding my phone so I don’t misplace it, and when walking or running it keeps it out of my yoga pant pocket (so no sweat issues). The reflectors are a nice touch too, though I personally wish there were a few more. The biggest drawback is the straps. Adjusting them is a pain. Unlike most backpacks where you can just pull to tighten, this vest requires loosening one end, getting enough slack, then tightening the other side. It may sound minor, but when you already have to stop to reposition the vest, taking extra time to fiddle with the straps gets annoying. Other than that, it’s neat, meets the description, and works as intended. Four stars from me — solid product, but the strap design keeps it from being perfect. Read more

This vest fits nice on a woman’s figure. Adjustable straps. High visibility with reflective strips. Vest itself is six pounds the extra bags fit in pockets making the weight adjustable in increments of 1 lb each up to 12 pounds which my PT recommended. Comfortable, adjustable fit. Read more
