Fits nice, like how it goes over my head instead of trying to heft it on like a jacket around my back. Can add or subtract weight when needed. My only issue is the straps are pretty long and short of cutting them shorter there is not a good place to stuff the excess so it is out of the way. Read more
As a small frame female with back issues, but needing to do light weight lifting due to osteoporosis, I have tried several styles of weighted vests. This has been the most comfortable (almost forget I am wearing). I like the option of adjustable too. I did the 4-10 lb option, but if it wasn't for my back, and were to wear only when exercising, I may have tried the higher option. I did not have any smell/ordor as some have mentioned. I have only used this vest minimally, as it is winter and walking is not currently my major form of exercise. I did try using it while doing homework. I am happy with this vest. It is easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I expect to use it daily in the summer. I chose the 4-10 lb. weight as I am a small woman in my late 70's and just beginning the process of using a weighted vest to hopefully increase my bone density. Read more
I was fascinated with the weighted vest until one of the straps to adjust it around your body broke. I still used like that, but is uncomfortable since it doesn’t stay in one place. So far that’s my only complaint. I never tried to contact the company for this issue, maybe they can see my review and replace the vest or give me some kind of refund. Read more
