One Star is Too Generous – ZonDoo is a Scam If you're thinking about buying anything from ZonDoo—don't. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the disappointment. Their so-called "warranty" is a complete joke. They won’t honor it on anything—not the batteries, not the controllers, not the wires, not even something as basic as the turn lamps. You name it, they’ll dodge it. But wait, it gets better. When their defective battery fails (which it will), they actually make you cut it open—yes, cut open a lithium battery—just to “prove” you’re not lying. Then they hit you with the classic: “Sorry, can’t help you.” They string you along, waste your time, and offer no real support. Their customer service is useless, their products are garbage, and their policies are a scam. I wouldn’t recommend ZonDoo to my worst enemy. Avoid them like the plague. Absolute trash company. Not only is the Zondoo scooter fun & efficient to ride I get a lot of compliments on how cool the scooter is. beyond fast. super comfortable over long distances. definitely is a fix for adrenaline junkies. 60mph is a slight understatement down hills which is awesome, 0 to 30mph in about 2 seconds. lights are very bright for night rides. love the versitility with the seat being easy to remove. 1 small downside is at lower speeds (25mph less) the regenerative breaking is a tadd aggressive. a day or 2 of getting used to made it less of a problem. bumps i would have normally avoided are cushioned by the suspension. overall great product with the distance it can travel. the versitility from standing or sitting fitting diffrent riders. the speed it provides and the comfortable ride it offers. i can most definitly say i cant wait to see what this company makes in the future Read more
