Bad customer service

Product does not reach 19 MPH as advertised. 16 mph at most. Will not charge over 36% and sellers wants for me to pay to return this scooter. Do not waste your time. If they chose to make this right I will remove my review and state that they were compliant and customer service orientated. Amazon made it right and refunded me the money, sent me a follow up from the chat even saying "no return necessary". They are harrasing me now, saying they will charge my card if I don't return it.
