made in China, the plastic base assembly that holds the bag in place just broke. New part is $90 shipped, and most of the vac has to be taken apart to replace. was a nice performing vac until this happened, not so sure now. Read more

Garbage. I had to bend a piece to assemble. The bag is almost IMPOSSIBLE to attach. I have the original Clarke, made in Arkansas. This one is made in China (be advised) and the workmanship is shoddy. Not much power. I'll probably use its parts and keep the old one. Oddly, I kept finding this for between $300 abd $400. The minute I found a bargain ($150), it is half price. No wonder. Read more
