Got these 2-in-1 wireless earbuds about two weeks ago and they’ve been good so far. The gold finish looks nice and elegant, definitely stands out compared to typical black or white earbuds. The 2-in-1 design works for both daily use and sleeping - I’ve used them during workouts, commuting, and for sleeping on my side without discomfort. The ultra-mini size at 2.5 grams per earbud and 0.39 inches in diameter is incredibly lightweight and compact. They sit snugly in my ears without feeling bulky or falling out during movement. However, the sound quality is just okay - the 13mm dynamic driver provides decent bass and clarity but it’s not exceptional compared to higher-end earbuds. The AI ENC call noise cancellation works reasonably well for phone calls, reduces background noise though not completely. The Bluetooth 6.0 connection has been stable without lag or dropouts. The 8 hours of playtime per charge is accurate based on my usage. The mini charging case is compact and matches the gold aesthetic, easy to carry in a pocket. The case provides extra charges on the go. The earbuds are definitely extremely small as the warning states - if you have larger ear canals they might not fit securely. The feather-light design makes them comfortable for all-day wear without ear fatigue. The various usage scenarios - work, gym, driving, sleeping - all work fine. Price is reasonable for what you get. Would I recommend them? Yeah if you want lightweight, compact earbuds with a unique gold look and don’t need audiophile-level sound quality. Read more
These earbuds are extremely small — I expected them to be small, but not Lilliputian to the point where they fall out of my ears with the slightest movement. The battery life is almost nonexistent, the sound quality is poor, and the overall build feels cheap. They’re lightweight, but the touch controls are so sensitive that trying to adjust them keeps changing YouTube videos or shutting them off entirely. They are not a good value for the price I paid for them. Read more
Update: So, they're going back. No matter what I tried, I can't avoid my pillow turning them off when I turn on my side. I still haven't worn them long enough for them to run out of battery, so I'm not happy about the touch control issue. It's so hard to find earbuds for sleeping that last the whole night. Original review: I received these yesterday and tried them out last night for the first time. First let me say I love the way they fit. They're very comfortable, and when I roll onto my side, I barely know they're there. There's no pain and no pressure in my ear canal. I haven't worn them all night to see what happens when the battery runs down. I did have them in for a little over 5 hours, and they were still going strong when I took them out. I will say that the 'power on', 'power off' and 'connected' voice alerts are very loud, which they usually are for ear buds. What I don't like, and the reason I'm still iffy about whether or not I'm going to keep them, is the touch control on the earbuds themselves. Strangely enough, they audibly click when you hit the touch control, which I've never heard in an earbud before. It's kind of nice, because at least you know you actually touched it. But it's not just controlled by skin touch. It seems like it's an actual pressure touch, because, at one point, I rolled over and my pillow turned it off. Then a few seconds later, it turned it back on. It reconnected smoothly, so there's that. I actually didn't wear them all night, because after a few hours of tossing and turning, and trying to position my ear in such a way that it doesn't touch the pillow, I got fed up and took them out, because even though it hadn't happened again, I was concerned that it would, and I knew that the beep and the announcement and then the silence was going to wake me up, so I couldn't sleep, lol. I might try them again tonight, I don't know. I did notice that someone else mentioned in their review that their pillow turned off the earbud, and I thought well I'll give it a try anyway. They also mentioned that the seller gave them a fix, but they didn't mention what the fix was. I'm very curious about that. If this could get resolved, then I would definitely keep them, and finally end my search for a very good pair of sleeping earbuds. Connection to my phone was smooth and quick, no problems there. However, a few times during the night it did sound like they were struggling to retain connection. My phone is literally less than 3 ft away from me on my headboard when I'm sleeping, so there should be no connection problems at all. it wasn't too often, and they did manage to retain connection after a struggle, so as of now that's not an issue. But if it gets worse, and if I decide to keep these, it could become an issue in the future. They don't sound the greatest, but that's not really what I was looking for in a good pair of sleeping earbuds. I don't listen to rock ballads while I'm trying to sleep, I just want something that'll give me the ability to listen to guided meditations, or sleep sounds, or things like that. You don't really need high quality audio for that. So these fit the bill. They're kind of pretty, which actually doesn't really make much of a difference, because I'm really only going to wear them to sleep, so nobody's going to see them. But, all in all, they're a decent pair of sleeping earbuds, if you can get past the touch control issue. I'm still going back and forth as to whether or not I'm going to keep them, but I'm leaning towards not, because this is a big issue for me. If it's not a concern for you I would definitely recommend these. I will update if I wear them long enough to hear what they do when the battery is low. Read more
The process of pairing took me less than a minute, and after that, they were able to reconnect with each other on their own when I brought them out again. When I was in everyday situations, such as when I was strolling about my house or going for a short walk outdoors, I did not have to cope with randomly occurring dropouts. When I moved between devices, it was helpful to disconnect from one before connecting to the other. However, after I became used to that routine, it started seeming like additional labor to me. I was most taken aback by the fact that sleep was being used. My preference is often quite particular since anything that pushes uncomfortably on the pillow has the potential to quickly become a distraction. Using them, I was able to listen to [an audiobook app or playlist] at a low level while lying on my side, and it remained comfortable enough that I did not have to continually adjust it. In addition, they remained in place even when I altered positions during the night, which is important since I do not want to have to search the bed for an earpiece that I have misplaced throughout the night. Even though I keep the level down, the music has a lively and energizing quality, and the spoken voice is simple to understand. Read more
