Everything POSITIVE you have heard about this juicer is true and anything negative is all lies. This juicer is the truth and worth every penny. This morning i juiced 3 regular apples about the size of a fist, 2 Japanese pear-apples, and 1 kiwi, and got 5 cups juice. and i didn't have build and then deconstruct the Eiffel tower to do it. Clean up is a snap, waste is minimal, and the juicer is quiet. This juicer is expensive, but so are fruits and vegetables. Especially here in Japan. I have been juicing for 16 years and I juice daily for health reasons and if you want to be healthy juicing is the way to go. I started with a breville juicer which i still have and if you want 4 cups of juice in 45 seconds thats the way to go and easy to clean in 5 min. but a lot of waste unless you have a twin gear juicer to run the pulp through later which you get another 2 cups of juice because the pulp is so wet. after 5 years i got the Omega 8500 which had a lot of cheap plastic and the black auger which crushed the vegtables was scraping on the end and i was getting plastic shavings in my juice so i the bought the Tribest Greenstar 5000 which is the best juicer in the world for the price of $500.00 plus. I used for 7 years and don't have one complaint and the service department is the best had problems and they sent me parts to replace that week. I have been watching You Tube videos on the Angel juicer for 5 years and I see where this juicer get 30% more juice than the Tribest Greenstar gets. A lot of money but went for it bought the 8500 because of the best stainless steel which was worth every penny because i have been scrubbing gears for 7 years because the cheaper stainless steel the gears get very stained these better stainless steel does not stain the gears. And yes it does make more juice tested against my Greenstar juicer and the taste is better to. So a lot of money yes but to me worth every penny. Read more
