Unfortunately, I don't feel well when I take these. Headache the first day and sludgy the next two days. I'm going to have to stop taking them. I don't know if I feel gross because they are cleaning out gunk from my arteries or because they are killing microbes that my body then has to process or because something is wrong with them.
