The boots are wide in the toe, which we needed , very easy on and off. There is a Velcro closure, but not really needed . They have a nice, sturdy sole and cute embroidery detail. The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality and super easy for little ones to slide on and off. They fit both of my twins perfectly - one has very wide, chunky feet, and they still worked great for him. I also loved the surprise addition of the “pop-me-in” extra sole. We didn’t end up needing them, but they’d be perfect if you wanted to size up and use the insert until your child grows.
