I've slept with this mask for about a month now. This eye mask is comfortable, even when side sleeping. The foam around the eyes are perfect to not mess up my lash extensions. My partner likes to fall asleep to the TV on, so this is a perfect compromise for me to fall asleep to sleep meditations. Star deducted because the velcro is overly strong. If you have long hair and it gets stuck in it, it is STUCK and difficult to get out. The nose clothe is also not the most comfortable. My non-speaker eye mask blocks light so much better, but this blocks about 90% of light in comparison. Read more
