My body has been dried with terry cloth towels for 80 years and mine were getting "hairy", severely frayed around the edges. Our entire family loves these towels. So soft, helps wick moisture off the body after showering, hand-washing. Don't scrub your face with the washcloth, the microfiber is a bit abrasive on the face. Darker colored towels not exactly colorfast--wash separately or dark colors will transfer to lighter items. Lighter colors seem to wash ok without color transfer. Ordered a dark green set and laundered with lighter hair towels that were white & light color and the green transformed the light color towels to green (for white hair towel) and turquoise for a lt. Blue hair towel. Use caution with the dark colors when laundering, they hold their color ok, but will change color of other light items. Otherwise love the microfiber towels. Good value for the price. UPDATE: I do love these towels, but not the piping around the edges and the hanging loop. Just a few months in and the piping around the outside edges of the towels and the hanging loop are fraying. Very disappointing as this affects the appearance of the towel. Looks raggedy and unattractive. Otherwise, they are nice towels. I doubt I can go back to cotton towels now. Fix the piping issue and they would be 5 stars for sure. Read more

I've been using these towels exclusively for the past 11 months. They wash really well and dry without issues on medium heat. They're super light weight and absorbent. They are microfiber, so be aware they don't glide on your skin as easily as cotton towels would but for me, it was very easy to get used to. They still look new. I like the soft feel. The stiching is just a single thread so I don't think they will wash well. These are for decoration in my bathroom not normal wear and tear. The wash cycle will be the determining factor but great color and good price. Read more

This microfiber does not slide down your arm or leg when you are wet. It just punches up. You have to squeeze it around your leg and absorb by padding dry. And that doesn't actually work very well. If you try to slide it down your arm like a cotton towel it keeps stopping and sticking bunching up. It's horrible! I will never use this thing! I could see it being good for hair. A small one that you could put over your hair and scrunch your hair up into would probably work well. For drying the body… Horrible! Read more

I was surprised just how wonderfully soft these are & they're larger than I expected. Bought the 8pc set & I Ike that there's 4 washcloths in the pack. Haven't used them or washed them & might update later. I was just excited for the quality at less than $20. Read more
