My son has flat feet, when he doesn’t have these inserts he falls every 5 minutes. He does still fall a couple times during the game, but his running gait looks so much better. His hyper pronation is so much more obvious in soccer cleats, this has really helped with his foot/ ankle alignment. I like the price of these too. Read more
Our 8 yr old was complaining of knee and foot and leg pain and eventually we took her to dr and found out she has flat feet or getting there and that her feet were rolling/turning in and it messes w her alignment all the way up. And didn’t realize how all her shoes insoles were all flat! So I bought these and 3 other diffferent pairs and these and 1 other were amazing. She’s such a picky kid when it comes to how clothing and stuff feels on her and she was immediately so happy to have these in here shoes and standing on them!!!! I bought this for my 10 year old. Her arch drops a half inch when she bears weight. We broken them in over time but she could not tolerate them. They increased her pain. Overall they were of fair quality. They were lightweight. I did not cut them for her shoe. They did not work for my kid. Read more
Bought these for my 10 year old son who has overpronation and plantar fasciitis. He regularly reported that he had significant heal pain and you could tell he did when he was running.
