I bought this to help cover me up at the beach when I didn't want as much sun but also when walking around shopping at the boardwalk and such. It was perfect! Does quickly. Loose fitting (I bought a size up but didn't have to). The only drawback is my blue cover up turned everything blue once it was wet. I should've pre-washed it (alone) before I wore it.
