Omg thank god for this! I can’t say how happy I was to find a portable ac exhaust on Amazon 😭 I was dying in the heat and the original hose that came with my portable a/c broke. I tried to find it at Home Depot but to no avail. Found this one, it came in so fast (shipped to Hawaii) & it also fit my a/c perfectly! It’s more than worth it, functions perfectly, so easy to connect, looks great, & is long/flexible enough to reach your window from the ground. Get it! Read more
This is better quality than the hose that came with my Black & Decker portable air conditioner. I did have one issue; hose was slightly too big to fit into the part that goes out the window. I was able to get a good enough seal but had to use duct tape. Also, with some pushing and bending in an attempt to get it to fit, this better-quality hose didn't crack or come apart at all which was nice. I am not knocking off a star as the hose otherwise seems to be correctly sized. I also bought the Kraftex 5.9" connector and my old hose and the new one fit perfectly there. Read more
So it is hard to rate something that you just get and put on, but just to get the request to stop, I will rate what I k now only., I was worried it would not fit and it fits perfectly!! was also worried it would be hard to install with no directions, it was so easy I wished everything was that easy to install. It seems to be working fine and I hope the plastic hose holds up better than the one that came with it. The heat destroys the plastic, need to invent a foil hose instead would last longer like a dryer hose does. Read more
