These are great. The crisper trays hold a lot and allow the air to circulate so crispy fries, fish, veggies. The pan catches dripping if any so the included parchment sheets are nice and fit perfectly with the rounded edges. Have used the pans alone with better parchment paper to bake with. Clean up is easy. The crisper require something to get around the screen and found that an old soft toothbrush works fine for that. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is a very good looking baking set. Here is my first use of the air fryer basket. I followed instructions for baking buffalo chicken. The oven was set to 375F for 13 minutes, then turned over for 14 minutes. The fryer basket allows the heat to evenly cook and the result was much better than using a flat pan. I cook a lot of chicken thighs for my family, and the large basket fits 12 with room to spare. No more cooking in batches! Used to take 40 minutes; now it’s 25. And the crisp on fries? So good. I do them at 400°F, and they come out golden without all the oil. My kid even noticed I’m not using as much butter lately. Warping was my biggest fear—my old basket messed up after 3 uses. But this one? I’ve had it a month, used it at 400°F at least 10 times, and it’s still straight. Pro tip: Don’t plop it on the cold counter right out of the oven! Let it cool a little on a trivet first. I did that once by accident, and yep, it stayed fine. Cleanup’s easy too. I just rinse it while it’s still warm (not scalding!), and food comes right off. Dishwasher works too—mine comes out shiny every time. If you’re on the fence, grab it. It’s sturdy, saves time, and actually works like it’s supposed to. P.S. I was looking for a new oven rack, saw this one, and opted for it. The rack fits well within the pan, and even though it is relatively easy to clean, I still line the pan with foil for easy cleanup. Although this is large enough for a whole cut-up chicken, I do chicken thighs, and this is large enough to hold 12 chicken thighs with space between for even cooking. I cook my thighs at 400 degrees but at that temperature, the pans warps. Not significantly, but noticeably. All things considered, this pan will lasts for many seasons. Cheers 🍷 Read more
