Bad designed, cheap touch panel. Inadequate instruction.
Modern crap. The touch panel is cheap and does not work as one would expect. Sometimes buttons wouldn't respond, so I couldn't just turn the unit off by pressing the power button. It seems you had to press the timer button first. Dumb. Second, I could not get the Wifi to work - the WIFI button would not work to pair it. Too much of a hassle: In 2025, that is also just dumb. And I found out that replacement filters cost $59! Reminds me of the inkjet printer scams where the ink cartridges ended up being more costly than the printer itself. Yes, the unit is lightweight and quiet but the lack of care with the control panel is inexcusable. Read more
