By being Apple MFi certified, the connection with "Find My" was instant: I opened the app, brought the label closer and that's it, it appeared in seconds without complications. I love that the battery is replaceable, so I don't have to worry about running out of tracking and having to buy another full label. Bought this tracker for my suitcase and it works perfectly. Setup took less than a minute and it’s been reliable when tested. The battery lasts a long time and I like that it’s replaceable. It did not meet my expectations and had to return it. First the good things about the product: 1. It came with holders - a nice touch 2. It came with an extra battery 3. Seems to be well made 4. Packaging was good. Unfortunately, for me: 1. The battery is impossible (very difficult) to replace - the instruction book said you need special tool but did not elaborate on how to replace them. Essentially, I would have to throw them out after about a year or so. 2. It has an on-off switch that could accidentally turn the device off. The apple version doesn’t have a switch. Apple was available for $64 for 4 pieces and was worth the peace of mind. I hate returning items, but for these reasons, sorry, I had to return them. Read more
