Easy to use, works great for my core, fits well anywhere. Was too slippery for my floor so I use it on my foam firm mattress which makes it more comfortable to use. It’s a great machine, easy to set up as well as comfortable when exercising. it takes hardly any room when in operation. Just performing 25 reps for each exercise I could feel my body stretching out , thus exposing more flexibility. I am 79 and play golf 6 days a week, I see this improving my balance and mobility. I use it on my mat and it stays in place, not heavy at all, I am a novice when it comes to sit ups, this is the best thing i could ever buy for starting my routine of sit ups, flutter kicks push ups ect. Very helpful to me... makes me feel like I am accomplishing something. too soon to know results. but whatever , i am doing them and I can feel it. It seems to be very durable as well. Read more
