I bought my daughter this for Christmas and she turned around and bought me one for my birthday 🎂 so I guess it’s pretty great 👍 she loves the grinder and easy operation. I’ll be setting mine up.ill update as soon as I can. Ok just got mine running - use box pics over instructions! I had the best cup of coffee latte what a difference - never going back to a standard coffee pot. The espresso with steamed cream is it. Great price great options and terrific quality. Not bad overall but this was a replacement for a Gevi espresso maker. First things we noticed were how light and poor quality the portafilter was. A cheap plastic handle and very lightweight metal cup. The Gevi has a much more durable portafilter and sturdier handle. In addition, the attachment mechanism where the portafilter connects on this machine is made of plastic. Whereas the Gevi was metal. We immediately had doubts about how long this plastic connection will hold up over time. The performance of the machine is good. We are happy with the espresso output. The grinder works well too. Let's hope this machine holds up for at least a couple of years. We will find out. Read more

Biggest piece of junk ever made The coffee grinder part kept jamming and now any time you touch it the entire mechanism falls apart and spills coffee everywhere. The tip fell off the frother next and now you can’t even froth the milk. ⭐️⭐️ 4/5 We initially had some issues with our espresso machine—it stopped working after a short period of use. We reached out to the company, and their support team was extremely responsive and helpful. They walked us through several troubleshooting steps in an effort to fix the problem, but unfortunately the machine couldn’t be repaired. In the end, the company sent us a replacement unit, which arrived quickly and has been working perfectly so far. While it was disappointing to have the first machine fail, the excellent customer service and hassle-free resolution really stood out.
