⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What can I say — OEM replacement belt kit that really delivers

benbuilt4uFebruary 7, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I installed this AISIN timing belt kit with water pump on my 2UZ‑FE and it went in smoothly, fit perfectly, and all the parts felt like solid OEM quality. Belt tension and tooth profile were spot‑on and the water pump sealed right up without any drama. 💡 Real 2UZ‑FE timing belt tips that matter: • Mark and re‑check timing marks carefully. Align the crank and cam sprocket marks with the belt marks, then rotate the engine at least two full rotations by hand before you torque anything down to make sure everything lines up exactly — if it doesn’t, take it off and try again. • Replace the water pump with the belt kit. The water pump is driven by the timing belt, and letting a worn pump go can shorten the life of your new belt. • Clean all pulley surfaces before install. Wipe oil and coolant off the crank, cam, idler, and water pump pulleys — don’t let contaminants interfere with seating and timing. • Use a torque wrench on key fasteners. Crank pulley, tensioner, and water pump bolts all have specific torque specs — meet them to avoid loosening or over‑stress. This job isn’t always a quick afternoon — getting into the timing cover can be the longest part — but doing it right will save headaches later. If you’re tackling a 2UZ‑FE belt job yourself, this AISIN kit plus these tips make a solid combo that keeps you confident you did it right. Read more

I have been a shade tree mechanic since 14 years old, at 67 years old Toyota wanted $1600 to change out my timing belt and all these components. So I bought this and did it myself and saved a lot of money, thanks to these parts and YouTube !!!!! Read more

Everything thing you need in one package.

Don’t forget to order and changeout the sensors can and crankshaft sensors! I watched a YouTube video that walked you through step by step and this product had everything needed to do the job. My only recommendation would be to order the sensors because it would be a major pain to have to go back if one of those fail or are broken during the job. Read more

No timing belt sticker as described

Excellent kit. It's what OEM use. Only problem was that it didn't have the Aisin Timing Belt Sticker as it claimed in the description. It had everything else. I looked all over that box for the sticker. Read more

Worth is to get Aisin for sure.

I initially tried to save a little money, buying the components separately, since I found a Aisin water pump for $30 open box. But after a ton of searching around, I bought this kit. My Water Pump was leaking on my 2005 Tundra 4.7l at 170k miles. At first it was intermittent, but it started getting worse. At one point I hooked up my scan tool, and saw the coolant was 205-210+ degrees during normal driving. Seemed a little high. Ordered this kit, a denso radiator, aisin thermostat, drive belt, tensioner, and went to work. Is definitely a pretty big job. Watched a bunch of YouTube videos, each with a slightly different method, and got to work. I was able to get the fan off without any special tools, just a pry bar and a wrench, but I did but the special tool to hold the crank pulley. I also had to rent a puller to get the crank pulley off. Other than that everything went really smooth. All back together, and now the coolant temp sits right at 186-187 very consistently. Glad I got Aisin parts. Feel much better knowing everything is high quality. Random side note, whoever changed my timing belt last time (previous owner). They installed it backwards, and not using the timing marks! Luckily the timing was correct, and the belt is the same either way, but that was concerning to see that! Glad I have one properly installed now. Read more
