Reliable and effective
This grip strength trainer is pretty good for the price. It’s really easy to adjust the resistance on it by just turning the circle thing on the front. The quality feels fine and using it feels like you would use any other piece of gym equipment. After having it for a couple on months I can say it definitely helps relieve stress and it’s pretty effective with helping my arms feel stronger. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Read more

Broke to soon
While I did enjoy using them, the downsides are the handles are a bit too small for my hands and in less than a year both of the metal bands that hold the spring to the adjustment dial have snapped rendering them useless. Read more
