AKG Y500 On-Ear Foldable Wireless Bluetooth Headphones - Pink US Version

These headphones are phenomenal. They come in several colors, I got the pink ones. They have a sleek, modernized design and are easy to set up. I was able to pair them with my Samsung S8+ in under ten seconds. The controls are located on the back of each earphone- left ear has the volume control and the right ear has the power button. The accessory pack includes a connector cord that can be used instead of bluetooth, charger and carrying pouch. They are extremely comfortable. The ear pads are soft and flexible- able to alleviate pressure on the ears after extended use. The sound from these headphones are magnificent. The music is crisp and clear and the quality is superb. I have been listening to my music with these for several days and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with them. This is buying my second pair of these AKG Y500 headphones. I let my wife borrow mine, and then I had to purchase hers because she loved them. Perfect for traveling since it folds up and fits in her purse. Great for airplane travel as you can still hear some of your surroundings (what we wanted). The downside is it does not really have noise canceling, but it was expected by the product description. I would highly recommend these. Read more

First, I am extremely happy that these headphones come in a variety of colors. They are lightweight, comfortable and produce a decent sound. The connection via Bluetooth was seamless . The charging is super fast! The sound is great, I wish it would go louder but it does nicely. The buttons are small and ok. If you done have the ambient noise button on it sounds like you are under water. The instructions are way to small. The charging cable is not interchangeable. I wish there was an app to go along with these headphones. The headphones fold up nice and small and come with a pouch so they travel nicely. Again, I wish there was more options with sound. These are good general use bluetooth headphones for listening, however, I've notice on every occasion we've tried to use them for calls that there is a high pitched noise at the end of speaking. It goes away if you use the aux cord to plug the headphones in direct to your phone/computer, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having wireless headphones. If you're buying these to use for calls, keep that in mind. Otherwise, we are really happy with them--they are comfortable and compact. Read more
