Calming, Tasty, and Gentle on the Stomach
This product used to be Magnesium gummies (hence the review); at some point it was altered to be a different product. I tried the Magnesium Gummies to help with evening wind-down and daytime focus, especially since I learned they are supposed to assist in preventing migraines. The mixed berry flavor is mellow and not too sweet, and the texture is chewy without being too firm. There are two options when taking magnesium: glycinate or citrate. Glycinate is known for being highly absorbable and gentle on the stomach, which I appreciate. It’s also a good pick for relaxation, sleep quality, and easing muscle tension. Compared to magnesium citrate, which is often used to support regularity and can have a mild laxative effect, glycinate is typically better for calm, sleep, and stress support without the stomach issues. The 50-count doesn’t last long when they suggest 2 a day. Still, for taste, convenience, and a soothing, gentle form of magnesium, these are a good 4-star option. Read more
Seems to be working
I’ve only been taking this supplement for a few weeks and feel it’s making a slight improvement so far. I feel I will need to be on this supplement a few months before an accurate review can be made. The capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow and I do not have any stomach upset. Read more

Just started using it. The box was open and the seal was half up on the inside I took out all the pills and there was the correct amount and they all looked ok. So I am taking it. Hopefully it will help. Read more
Best product I've ever taken
Oh my goodness. After 48 hours of taking this, I have so.much energy and it's the first time in 9 years that I haven't woken up, in the morning, sick to my stomach. This is an awesome product. I hope it keeps working this great. Read more
Side effects
Not sure what if anything to say about product yet . Took first dose yesterday and today felt like I took a colonoscopy prep. Anyone else had this experience? Going to let my gut settle down a few days and try again Read more
